The mission of Making DIPG History in Monterrey is to spread DIPG awareness and to support the families of children receiving treatment in Mexico.

These handmade & hand painted ceramic figures were created in honor of Kira Brown-Augdal, who fought DIPG with grace, strength, and courage for 15 months before she passed away on November 15th, 2017 at the age of 9.

The OMs come as a pair, forever “bonded” by a red thread, which represents the loving connection shared by all of the families who’ve gone to Mexico in search of a cure.
